We are looking for a highly driven, strategic and relationship-oriented Business Developer to lead and expand Eight & Bob's presence in the global Travel Retail channel, ensuring our maison is represented at the highest luxury standards worldwide.
You will be responsible for developing, managing and expanding our presence in airports, airlines, cruise lines and duty free zones, ensuring our brand is consistently positioned at the highest luxury standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Travel Retail ecosystem, excellent commercial judgment and the ability to build long-term, high-quality partnerships worldwide, while guaranteeing excellence at point of sale.
Lead all commercial development initiatives for Eight & Bob within the Travel Retail channel .
Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with Travel Retail operators, distributors, airport retailers and airline buyers.
Build and execute a Travel Retail strategy aligned with the brand's ultra-luxury positioning.
Negotiate listings, assortments, pricing and commercial conditions while safeguarding brand equity.
Ensure that all personnel representing Eight & Bob in Travel Retail locations are properly trained, acting as true brand ambassadors.
Develop, organize and follow up on brand, product and storytelling training sessions for retail staff, promoters and partners.
Monitor performance, prepare reports and follow up on sales evolution, distribution and KPIs.
Proactively propose initiatives to elevate brand visibility, service quality and storytelling across Travel Retail points of sale.
4 years of proven experience in Travel Retail (mandatory), ideally in business development, key account management or sales roles.
~ Solid understanding of the Travel Retail ecosystem : airports, duty free operators, airlines and international distributors.
~ A strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for selling and relationship building.
~ A data-driven mindset with sound business judgment.
