As a PowerBuilder Developer, you will be a key contributor to a major long-term project, playing a vital role in the development and maintenance of critical applications. This is a hands-on role within a dynamic team, involving significant interaction with complex database systems and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The Challenge
You will take ownership of specific modules, implementing new features and executing refactorings while ensuring scalability. Your journey involves navigating complex business logic (particularly accounting principles) and integrating components with existing .NET functionalities. You will also manage version control through GIT and work closely with Oracle and SQL Server database schemas to enhance application robustness.
Requirements
* PowerBuilder Mastery: Strong hands-on experience in the development and maintenance of applications.
* Database Expertise: Solid understanding of database development, specifically with Oracle and/or SQL Server.
* Version Control: Proven experience using GIT in a professional enterprise setting.
* Enterprise Environment: Experience working effectively within structured and complex development environments.
* Languages: Intermediate level of English (B2).
Nice-to-Have
* Backend Knowledge: Working knowledge of .NET/C#.
* Domain Expertise: Background or practical knowledge in accounting principles.
* French: Proficiency in French is a strong plus.
