A company in the FMCG sector is currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and related areas such as Learning & Development, the full employee lifecycle, employee experience, onboarding, recruitment, retention, among others, to join its Castilla y Leon's office.
- Assist in executing policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees in compliance with the company's HR manual and the countries laws.
- Support in planning and facilitating HR activities in the team: recruitment, contract and benefit administration, performance management, training and development, employee relation, data recording, termination and the like as per the company's standard.
- Assist in the recruitment processes by contacting the selected candidates for interview and written exam, facilitate and handle the written exams.
- Ensures all staff have been registered in all the social benefit scheme and the record is kept in personal file.
- In consultation with the HR Manager, provide professional advice to department managers on a range of HR issues.
- Assist in the compilation of HR related reports as required.
- Any other assignments as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
- Lead the development and deployment of human capital solutions and initiatives that support the successful delivery of the business strategy. Consult with the business leaders on organization effectiveness and employee engagement and drive activities that lead to a healthy & high-performance organizational culture.
- Drive the deployment and ensure effective communication of integral HR programs, policies and processes such as performance management, reward & recognition policies, leadership development.
- Engage and partner with relevant HR Centres of Excellence to design and deliver relevant solutions and/or enable effective execution of core HR programs.
- Partner with the local/country HR Managers on local/country-specific employee matters to guarantee best-in‑class HR process delivery and responsiveness and ensure compliance with country laws and policies.
- Master's in human resources management or equivalent through experience.
- 5+ years of experience within an international, fast‑paced and customer driven environment,.
- Strong generalist HR experience (organization design, performance management, competency and career management, change management, talent development…).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, any other language is considered an asset.
