This role supports top Belgian brands on Amazon and across Europe, driving growth and ensuring successful integration of their product listings. Working autonomously in a consultative capacity, you will take responsibility for achieving business objectives and lead initiatives that impact Amazon’s Domestic Seller base.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop long‑term relationships with top Belgian brands, support integration of their offers, and set ambitious growth goals.
Achieve business and financial objectives while driving growth of Amazon’s third‑party business across the EU.
Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage their rollout.
Share learnings with global counterparts (EU, US and Asia teams) to drive best practices and uncover new opportunities.
Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and develop actions to accelerate growth.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketplace to identify category‑specific growth opportunities.
Plan and manage projects that improve customer and seller experience, coordinating internal and external teams.

Basic Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field required.
4+ years of experience in management consulting, product management or sales management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel and database analysis).
Motivation and decision‑making in a highly dynamic environment.
Highly organized and results‑oriented.
Post‑graduate education is recommended.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Experience solving analytical problems in professional or educational settings.
Preferred Qualifications
High level of academic achievement at degree level; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
Experience in retail and/or a technology/e‑commerce business, though not essential.
Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Experience using or another CRM tool.
Creative, initiative‑driven, and able to advocate on behalf of customers constructively.
