B. Braun is seeking a Global Product Manager to lead upstream marketing activities within Aesculap’s ORS business unit. The role involves driving growth and category leadership by developing a product pipeline in surgical sutures and supporting local partners with the necessary tools and product support. This position collaborates closely with Tuttlingen’s Global Marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee product management and marketing activities for the ORS portfolio.
* Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research.
* Provide technical expertise to the sales team to facilitate product sales.
* Manage printed and electronic materials, product training, and competitor updates, ensuring optimal use of these resources.
* Serve as the primary contact for all product-related inquiries.
* Collaborate with other departments on new product development and related projects.
* Prepare product forecasts to ensure production and supply timelines are met.
Professional Competencies
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; postgraduate studies in Marketing are preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in the Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Medical Devices industry.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in preparing business reports and engaging audiences.
* Proficiency in English.
