MISSIONThis is a home-based position in Europe with full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and client acquisition), encouraging clients to connect via our API. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, and maintaining relationships at all management levels, with a focus on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on acquiring new business and achieving sales targets individually and as a team.
Engage regularly with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings;
some travel may be required for client visits.
Close new sales opportunities consistently.
Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure excellent client experience.
Manage client registration to booking process with close follow-up.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.
Plan visits and analyze data for strategic insights.
Support communication and feedback from clients to headquarters for continuous improvement.
Provide weekly and monthly reports and update CRM system daily.
Implement company directives aligned with strategic goals.
CANDIDATE PROFILEIdeal candidates will have at least 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, preferably with API knowledge. An excellent sales record can compensate for fewer years of experience. Preference for candidates with API sales experience or similar background, with strong market contacts, target-driven attitude, and understanding of online distribution and technology. Must be resourceful, organized, dynamic, motivated, flexible to travel, fluent in English, and confident in presentation and communication skills.
