The Spain Salesforce team is a multinational team which provides support and evolution for the Salesforce & Sales Service Cloud organization that supports Spain Healthcare domestic operation processes: customer service, claims management, medical pre-authorizations, complaints, incidences The Salesforce Senior Developer will combine administration and salesforce development skills and knowledge to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the solution.

We need a candidate with strong technical and communication skills in English and Spanish to support and improve the system based on stakeholder needs. This person will serve as the \"go to\" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Salesforce Senior Developer will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nCreate and Manage Changes to the System -\n
\n
- Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes.
\n
- Proactively gather feedback from users.
\n
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user.
\n
- Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation.
\n
- Gather requirements from end users.
\n
- Modify the system to increase benefits and usability.
\n
- Manage the change control process and “Change Management” Committee if appropriate.
\n
- Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce.com.
\n
- Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
\n
- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, and other salesforce.com objects and functions.
\n
- Create custom objects when necessary.
\n
- Handle on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com.
\n
- Maintain, enhance and create flows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
\n
- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
\n
- Provide support functions as needed.
\n
- Provide sales and financial data to company executives.
\n
\nSupport the Center of Excellence Maintaining System, Security and Integrity -\n\n
- Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
\n
- Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
\n
- Monitor application usage and data as needed.
\n
\nUser Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction -\n\n
- Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups.
\n
- Provide one to one training to end users on an on-going basis.
\n
- Expand use of Salesforce.com – attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how salesforce.com can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing a new internal system.
\n
- Assist management to create processes in salesforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, cases, etc.
\n
- Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system.
\n
- Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
\n
- Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
\n
- Be the company SME on Salesforce.com.
\n
\nProcess Creation, Documentation and Maintenance -\n\n
- Document company processes and workflows.
\n
- Develop process documentation and field maps.
\n
- Create new processes and associated reporting.
\n
\nData Quality, Migration and Maintenance -\n\n
- Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com.
\n
- Import data as appropriate.
\n
- Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC.
\n
- Manage duplicate records.
\n
- Monitor and improve data quality.
\n
\nReport and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance -\n\n
- Create and maintain dashboards.
\n
- Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance.
\n
- Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management.
\n
- Build and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency.
\n
\n
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
\nThe Salesforce Senior Developer needs a solid understanding of the organization’s business. They must have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.\n
