Junior Account ExecutiveHospitality - Inbound Sales - Italian market

com is the leading software company in check-in automation, covering the entire guest journey from booking confirmation to check-out. We help hospitality businesses automate operations, improve guest experience, and stay compliant through innovative technology.As we continue scaling across Europe, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious junior sales talent to grow with us.

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive – Italian to drive revenue growth by managing and converting inbound opportunities in the Italian hospitality market.You will manage qualified leads generated through Marketing, partnerships, and product-led channels. This position is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop strong closing skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels (website, campaigns, events, partnerships).Deliver tailored product demos to hospitality businesses (hotels, vacation rentals, property managers).Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and conversion.Continuously develop product expertise and sales skills.

Italian speaker + professional English. Spanish optional.~1–2 years of B2B sales experience (internships, SDR, or customer-facing roles considered).~ Comfortable leading video calls and product demos.~ Organized and detail-oriented approach to pipeline management.~ Experience in Hospitality (Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Property Managers).Exposure to SaaS or tech sales environments.Understanding of hospitality operations or property management systems (PMS).

Strong demo performance and consultative selling approach.Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions.Clear career progression toward mid-market or senior AE roles.Fully remote.Collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
