Job Objective brYour role as Vice President Sales Strategic Partnership - e SIM is to be responsible for driving sales growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation for the Monty e SIM business globally. brThe role focuses on expanding the customer base, developing high-value commercial partnerships, and maximizing sales performance across direct and indirect channels to accelerate market adoption of Monty e SIM solutions. brMain Tasks brDrive B2 C and B2 B sales growth for Monty e SIM by expanding the customer base and increasing revenue across target markets. brIdentify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with travel platforms, digital platforms, distributors, and affiliates to expand market reach and generate new revenue streams. brEstablish and manage commercial agreements and reseller partnerships to promote and distribute Monty e SIM products globally. brLead the sales team in achieving revenue targets, ensuring strong pipeline development and consistent sales performance. brDevelop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing high-value partnerships. brWork closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives that drive customer acquisition. brMonitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and partnership effectiveness to ensure continuous growth in revenue generation. brEnsure the sales team maintains accurate CRM records, including prospect management, account segmentation, and pipeline tracking. brCollaborate with internal teams such as customer support and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for partners and customers. brOversee the commercial implementation of partnerships and contracts, ensuring smooth transition from agreement to operational activation. brRepresent the company in industry events, conferences, and commercial meetings to promote Monty e SIM products and establish new business relationships. brProvide management with regular sales reports and updates on revenue performance, partnerships, and market opportunities. Qualifications brBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field brMBA is a plus br11+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role in the technology industry brStrong understanding of the e SIM market and its competitive landscape brProfessional proficiency in local language and English required. brThorough knowledge of Esim and Telecom market. brStrong technical and commercial skills and familiar with industry standards. brProficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferably. brBudget planning execution. brTime Budget Management. brCritical and Analytical Thinking. brStrong leadership mentoring skills. brExceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication. brEnthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create positive and dynamic work environment.
