The Business Analyst will act as a key link between business and product development, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The role aims to maximize product value by collaborating closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, and engineering teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements, managing the product backlog to support the development of future technology and product capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the development team, translating business needs into clear and well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the key liaison between Developers and the Product team, ensuring shared understanding and smooth execution.
Work with key stakeholders to collect, validate, and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap and feature definition.
Own, prioritize, and communicate the product's short-, mid-, and long-term release plans.
Support and contribute to the product communication strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates and ensuring alignment throughout the delivery process.
Analyze, break down, and structure complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
Conduct gap analysis and propose effective, value-driven solutions.
Document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop wireframes and process flows to support product development.
Requirements and skills
Information Technology Engineer Degree or related.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web, or mobile applications.
Background in Software Development or QA.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
Practical experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence
Goal-oriented and a team player.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technical perspectives.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a product-oriented approach.
High level of English and Spanish.
