Responsibilities:
1. Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, and be responsible for retail strategy execution.
2. Work with local distributors and retail partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns and carry out effective promotions to increase sell-out.
3. Develop new Mi stores and Mi zones to enhance Xiaomi's offline brand image and in-store visibility.
4. Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase.
Requirements:
* University graduate in Marketing or Business Management.
* Proven working experience in retail marketing of mobile phones with extensive knowledge.
* Understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance.
* Strategic and analytical thinking skills to improve brand market share.
* Innovative with a good understanding of consumer interactive experiences in different events.
* Excellent communication skills and coordination ability.
* 5-10 years of experience in the retail industry.
