As Transfer Pricing Expert you will take shared responsibility for the Group’s transfer pricing affairs, ensuring that our organization remains compliant and up to date with current and new transfer pricing regulations. You will be responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the Group’s transfer pricing guidelines and processes embedded within the Tax Management Control System. You will proactively initiate and communicate required follow-up actions in conjunction with other stakeholders (e.G., transfer pricing adjustments resulting from business changes or new tax legislation. In this role you will work closely together with the Group’s Finance and wider Tax team as well as other corporate functions and businesses by providing transfer pricing advice on regional or global aspects. This includes initiatives related to Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Treasury, R&D, Marketing and Sales.

Managing transfer pricing compliance requirements (e.G., Country-by-Country reporting and transfer pricing filings/forms)
Evaluating the potential impact of tax legislation and recommending appropriate courses of action
Assessing and monitoring transfer pricing controls while maintaining the required transfer pricing documentation
Supporting tax audits and liaising with tax authorities, external advisors and internal stakeholders
Partnering with the business to identify and implement optimization opportunities
Contributing as a subject matter expert to tax-related projects, including managing transfer pricing policy and maintaining the required transfer pricing documentation
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Legal or similar area of relevance
Several years of experience in a corporate tax role (Big Four or Law firm preferably)
Proven tax experience with a supply chain-driven organization, in‑house is considered an asset
Extensive technical experience across the full life cycle of transfer pricing
Exposure to both direct tax and indirect tax matters
Experience as an integral part of international global‑reach projects
