What You Will Do In This Role
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Your Qualifications
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English.
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience.
- Have previous experience in customer service.
- Have good communication, written and listening skills.
It Would Be a Plus If
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field.
What’s In It For You
- Full‑time 39 hours/week temporary contract: Monday to Thursday from 08.00‑16.00, Friday from 09.00‑16.00.
- Salary of 20,400 euros gross/year + a bonus up to 2,100 euros gross/year.
