The Challenge
Position Ecostars as the leading ESG AI platform for the global hotel industry.
The Mission
Ecostars is the #1 ESG hotel certification in Western Europe and the most advanced sustainability SaaS for the hospitality sector worldwide. Our AI-driven platform is already used by over 3,000 hotels, and we are on a mission to triple our size in the next 12 months.
We are looking for our first Head of Marketing: a brilliant professional to lead our brand and make Ecostars the primary technology for sustainability-minded hotels worldwide. You will be the owner of our brand voice and the engine behind our global recognition.
Your Impact
As a department leader, you will work directly with the Founders and the Sales team to move from strategy to execution:
* Brand Narrative: Define and protect the Ecostars tone of voice, creating a powerful narrative that connects with C-level executives at major hotel chains
* Content & Social Strategy: Lead high-value content (Social Media, Blog, SEO, Newsletters) to educate the market and engage our community of 5,000+ hotels
* Events & Experience: Design and run world-class international webinars and in-person events that serve as high-quality lead generation machines
* Growth & Paid Media: Coordinate digital advertising strategies (with agency support), ensuring every Euro spent aligns with business KPIs
* Analysis: Use data to track performance and iterate quickly to maximize ROI
Who We Are Looking For
* Startup Leadership: 4+ years leading marketing in a Startup/Scale-up. You have successfully helped a brand grow from "unknown" to "industry leader"
* The "Hybrid" Profile: You are a visionary strategist who is also happy to "get your hands dirty"—whether writing copy or setting up a webinar
* Expert Storyteller: You can take complex concepts (AI, ESG, regulations) and make them clear, engaging, and effective
* Native English: This is a MUST. We operate in 50+ countries;
your written and spokenEnglish must be impeccable. We International Profile: Native or C2 English is mandatory. High preference for international professionals currently based in Spain
* Autonomy: You execute from day one and hold yourself to the highest professional standards
