Tasks :
* Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data is current and accurate.
* Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges to capitalize on sales opportunities.
* Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for clients and specific territories.
* Stay informed on developments in client services and market trends, and ensure the team is updated accordingly.
* Serve as a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
* Maintain communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster and develop strategic relationships.
* Ensure team understanding to meet operating plan, sales, and client performance targets (CPTs).
* Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
* Build and maintain business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
Skills :
* Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
* Over 5 years of proven experience in a sales role.
* Passionate about customer experience and driving team results.
* Experience in operations and strategy development.
* Excellent coaching skills.
* Proven track record of developing and retaining top employees.
* Experience in maximizing revenue through best practices.
* Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
* Solution-oriented management experience.
Benefits :
* Base salary of €32,000 gross per year plus up to €10,000 gross bonus, private medical insurance.
* Relocation support.
* Full-time, 39 hours/week, permanent Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
* Support for relocating and settling in Spain.
