Would you like to help develop IAV's business and strengthen the bond with our most important customer? Then sales is the right place for you! Through your growing network with decision-makers at customer level, you will bring our customer closer to IAV and our offering. Your work will contribute to defining and implementing our customer strategy and setting sales targets based on customer needs and opportunities. Your success ensures IAV's high competitiveness and provides a perspective for our technology-driven employees!
Your Tasks
* Responsible for the account strategy of several European clients
* Establish contacts across multiple levels and areas within the client organization
* Lead interdisciplinary bid teams to secure large projects
* Determine competitive bid prices and negotiate large bids (target pricing)
* Define measures to grow sales and increase competitiveness
* Collaborate within the VW Group sales team, leveraging synergies from cooperation with other key account managers within the brand and group
* Identify IAV's unique selling propositions with technological areas and analyze new business opportunities, from AI to cylinder deactivation
Necessary Skills
* Completed studies in natural sciences, engineering, or economics; a doctorate is a plus but not required
* Several years of experience in acquiring development services
* Knowledge of VW Group's processes and corporate culture
* Good contacts within VW Group brands
* Curiosity, relationship management skills, and adaptability
