As Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. You will analyse market trends, define go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, and collaborate closely with integration partners such as Workday and Oracle. Operating in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment, you’ll drive measurable impact on customer satisfaction, system scalability, and CloudPay’s strategic positioning.
Main Responsibilities
* Own the delivery of strategic initiatives from discovery through to rollout, ensuring alignment with business goals and on‑time, in‑scope execution.
* Lead discovery and solutioning activities by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to define problems, gather requirements, and identify viable solutions.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and inform product strategy and prioritisation.
* Schedule, facilitate, and document feedback from customer design partner sessions throughout discovery, solutioning, beta testing, and post‑launch phases.
* Translate approved initiatives into well‑structured epics and user stories, with clear acceptance criteria, sprint goals, and prioritised backlogs.
* Provide day‑to‑day product direction to the Agile delivery team, participating in all ceremonies and remaining available for clarification and decision‑making throughout each sprint.
* Collaborate with technical leads to assess complexity, guide delivery trade‑offs, and ensure clear communication between engineering and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Maintain an up‑to‑date initiative roadmap, ensuring timely updates to reflect scope changes, risks, or delivery adjustments.
* Define and track product success metrics, using data and feedback to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
* Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Business & Digital Transformation (BDT) to deliver go‑to‑market activities.
