**Customer Service Representative**

**Description**
DeLaval is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary position. You will be responsible for requests, orders, and deliveries to our customers through our network of distributors in Spain and Portugal
**Responsabililities**
- Manage the registration and control of order flow, from purchase to final shipment and invoicing, including possible changes in scope and delivery dates
- Replying to customer inquiries providing information on the availability and delivery times of orders and/or products in coordination with the group
- Coordination between the group and national transport suppliers to ensure deliveries on time
- Data updating in the system
- Supporting with internal office matters and Couriers
**Required Education and Skills**
- Degree / Administrative FP or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience in SAP
- English and Spanish
- Organizational and multitasking skills to work on multiple issues simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team to collaborate with other departments
- Empathy and problem-solving skills

Located in Madrid (Alcobendas)
