As a Sales Onboarding Specialist, you will be the driver in bridging the gap between prospect interest and active user success. You won’t just follow up; you will act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying lost opportunities within our funnel and turning stalled leads into customers.

As a Sales Onboarding Specialist, your missions will be to:
- Identify and prioritize dropped leads within our CRM, using data-driven insights to pinpoint prospects who showed initial interest but stalled during the onboarding journey.
- Re-engage high-potential prospects through highly personalized multi-channel outreach (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) to understand their specific blockers.
- Handle objections and solve problems on the fly, providing the specific information or support needed to close the deal.
- Partner with Growth, Product & Ops teams to build a seamless user experience, sharing direct field feedback to eliminate recurring friction points and optimize the overall drop-off process.
- Drive conversion and activation metrics, handling the “last mile” of the sales cycle to ensure maximum ROI on our lead generation efforts.
