Job description
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Commercial team based in Palma de Mallorca. As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and curious individual who is eager to develop their professional career within a dynamic commercial environment.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support in analyzing and understanding our destinations and clients, including their business models and specific needs.
2. Learn and develop a strong understanding of our products and services to assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Collaborate in managing customer accounts, including assisting in contract preparation and negotiation processes.
4. Help educate clients on product features and functionalities, and how they can support their business goals.
5. Participate in the acquisition process of new clients, including initial research and basic risk assessments.
6. Assist in market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business planning.
7. Monitor and interpret performance reports with guidance, proposing basic actions in coordination with senior team members.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams across different countries to support client needs and internal processes.
9. Act as a supportive point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.

Requirements
16. Prior experience in a commercial, product department or any other working experience will be very valued.
17. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
18. Self-starter, able to work with autonomy and self-management skills within a team.
