We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the full lifecycle of contract management, from budgeting and stakeholder engagement to ongoing project monitoring. You’ll work closely with IT, Operations, and other key departments to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Main responsibilities
* Ensure Operations & Maintenance service delivery across roadside and back-office systems
* Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities
* Supervise internal teams and external subcontractors
* Monitor and report on KPIs and key maintenance interventions
* Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations
* Manage client relationships and act as the main O&M point of contact
* Ensure contract compliance and alignment with internal policies
* Handle commercial aspects related to clients and contract zones
* Manage subcontractors, partners, and service vendors
* Track and report operational costs vs. budget and forecast
Core skills/experience
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar technical O&M management role
* Technical degree required
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and real-time systems
* Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Proven experience in subcontractor and client relationship management
* Comfortable interpreting contracts and handling service disputes
* Strong budget and P&L management skills
* Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
* High availability and adaptability to operational needs
* Fluency in English, French or Dutch is a plus
