Lead and manage the day to day activities of the CCD team
Diagnose the root causes of category and players performance
Identify top KPIs and define concrete targets
Review, improve and implement the mid‑and long‑term category and customer strategy
Develop the strategy and annual plan for each category with regard to recommended pricing, promotion (Net Revenue Management), distribution (Must Have Assortment) and trade marketing activation
Develop and drive together with marketing the product initiatives strengthening the core and driving on‑top innovation
Manage and track CCD budgets and ensure effective use
Work closely with the xpzdshu company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
We offer a 9‑month project within a group whose brands have been known to consumers for decades. The start date is in April, and the contract is expected to run until January 2027.
