ResponsibilitiesTo support the Technical Team in the disassembly of various aircraft projects as directed by the GPC team, documenting the parts removed and liaising with the Logistics team.
Work as part of a team to ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts and components from various aircraft, ensuring they are clearly labelled/documented on behalf of customers.
Read and interpret AMMs, IPCs and eCube Best Practice Guides so component removal can be managed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure each aircraft disassembly project is delivered within the time committed to the customer.
Raise any non-conformities or risks of damage to the Technical Team Leader.
Identify damaged components by visual inspection.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Team Leader and Head of Customer Projects to deliver the best customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
Support daily reviews and Team Project Boards.
Work with various tools and equipment, ensuring all items are well maintained and in a good state of repair.
Actively support continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others, ensuring all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.
Support the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality and productivity to sustain operational growth.
Coordinate with other functional teams, ensuring resources required for projects are available.
