Overview:
Confidential premium lifestyle & events company based in Marbella is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-drivenMarketing Managerto lead the development and execution of all marketing efforts for a series of high-end automotive and lifestyle events across Spain and Europe. From launch campaigns and digital strategy to branding, advertising, and performance analysis, this role will shape the public-facing identity of a fast-growing luxury brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional fluent in English and Spanish to join a dynamic team and take ownership of building brand visibility, driving engagement, and attracting an exclusive UHNW clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and own the annual marketing strategy across all channels.
* Build and manage the marketing budget.
* Launch paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Work closely with outsourced social media coordinator for content creation, reels, newsletters, and video campaigns.
* Use performance analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimise in real-time.
* Work closely with the Events and PR teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
* Working together with Events and PR team, source and establish strong brand partnerships.
* Lead the creation of the brand's universe in preparation for the launch gala schedule for October 2025 and beyond.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy in high-end, luxury or experience- driven brands.
* Fluent in English & Spanish to a high degree, written and spoken is essential.
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field is essential.
* Experience in paid advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools.
* Proven ability to work independently and with external agencies.
* A creative thinker with a strong understanding of UHNW audiences and experiential brands.
