Internship Job Description
* Collaborate and support the team of HR Business Partners of Illescas plant as well as non‑production functions (WLC CDT, Legacy, S19 & MDCD CDT, ME, P&I, VSM, Procurement and Quality)
* Support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
* Support process standardization and implementation.
* Learn and practice how to provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
* Learn and practice how to support the development of the employees.
* Learn and practice how to interact and advise the business on all people related matters.
* Learn how to support, cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards management.
* Learn how to ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
Required Skills
* University degree in Human Resources Management or similar / Master students.
* English: fluent negotiation level.
* Spanish: negotiation level.
* High knowledge in Google Suite Package.
* Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in complex and international environments.
* Good interpersonal & communication skills.
