Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager oversees regional tour manager teams, ensuring an exceptional on-tour experience. This role involves recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to maintain Collette brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to source top candidates, supporting business growth and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Continuously evolve training strategies to meet individual and team needs through various models and on-the-road coaching.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback, identifying training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with regional teams to enhance tours and develop marketing content.
* Travel: This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
