My clients are looking for a
Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe
to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing teams and sales to support pipeline growth and help drive qualified leads through effective local marketing execution across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
Responsibilities include:
Bringing global campaigns to life at the local level
Leading webinar strategy, execution, and moderation
Driving regional initiatives such as targeted campaigns, content syndication, or programs to support local priorities
Coordinating events and partner marketing support with the Global Head of Events and the Director of Partner & Alliances Marketing
Collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and performance tracking
Recommending content ideas to brand and product marketing teams to boost lead generation and conversion
Supporting the localization of marketing materials for sales enablement and multichannel promotion (social media, advertising, etc.)
Measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, extracting insights, and evaluating against goals
Aligning with BDRs and sales teams to support pipeline objectives
Communicating with senior management about marketing initiatives, reporting key metrics, and brainstorming new strategies
Candidate profile:
Organized, proactive, and impact-focused
Experienced in managing multiple projects and planning marketing campaigns with clear goals
Comfortable working with sales and other departments
Data-driven decision-maker with campaign analysis skills
Team player who enjoys collaboration
Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
Proficient with digital tools and marketing platforms
Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory);
Portuguese and Italian are a plus
