As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our Enterprise Applications division. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management will empower you to lead significant projects, optimizing our clients' financial operations and supply chain processes through innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management projects within a delivery team, driving objectives, and enhancing business processes and supply chain efficiencies.
* Engage closely with clients to understand their business requirements, processes, and challenges to tailor Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions effectively.
* Advise clients on best practices for system development, integration, and optimization within Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
* Manage configuration tasks, data migration strategies, and end-to-end testing to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide comprehensive training and coaching to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system and ensuring its effective use.
* Design and implement customizations and extensions to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management platform to meet specific client needs.
* Support projects during the critical go-live phase, ensuring operational continuity and system performance.
* Maintain proactive communication with clients and project managers to keep projects on schedule and address any challenges promptly.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, including needs analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal development, showcasing the value of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
* Develop and maintain documentation, including best practice guides, configuration instructions, and system usage recommendations.

* Excellent customer engagement skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and meeting facilitation.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of designing solutions that align with client objectives and streamline business processes.
* Preferred experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics, with an understanding of their unique financial and supply chain challenges.
* Exceptional documentation and communication skills, able to create clear, concise guides and effectively communicate complex concepts.
* Experience in system customization and configuration, with a focus on leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management to meet business needs without extensive coding.
* Proficiency in extending Dynamics 365 functionalities with code when necessary, ensuring tailored solutions that fully address client requirements.
* A commitment to testing and validating solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
