We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
What you will do
Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration)
Delivery & Maintenance Assurance: Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth.
Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.
What you are like
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in the ICT industry.
At least 5 years in customer service management, delivery & maintenance assurance.
Experience in service sales for enterprise or carrier networks.
Proven track record managing service solutions for major projects.
Experience in service bidding and sales strategy development. xhfqzwm
Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
