About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join Culinary in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following recipes and Chef guidelines, ensuring excellent presentation standards.
Maintain fresh and well-organized mise-en-place to support efficient kitchen operations.
Manage the assigned kitchen section, coordinating team tasks and ensuring smooth service.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
Support menu development, team training, and efficient use of departmental resources.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or restaurants.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to meet business needs.
