Role: Workflows.io is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our AI-first growth agency and help B2B tech companies refine their go-to-market (GTM) strategies by combining AI with expert insights.

The Role:

What is a go-to-market strategy: In short, a go-to-market strategy is your company’s marketing plan for client acquisition. We believe that modern GTM teams win by finding GTM alpha—a unique competitive edge powered by data, experimentation, and automation. Clay is the main platform we use to uncover hidden signals, build custom plays, and launch faster than competitors. We’re looking for sharp, low-ego people to help teams find their GTM alpha.

What is a GTM Engineer: As a GTM Engineer at Workflows, you'll be working in the trenches with the latest GTM tech stack including Clay, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, HeyReach.io, n8n, Lovable and more. You'll have an advanced understanding of GTM systems and strategies, with hands-on experience executing them for fast-paced, innovative GTM teams across the US and Europe. Your main responsibility is to create growth experiments that generate demand for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will master and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for our clients including:

* TAM Mapping: Creating ICP Models based on firmographics, technographics and signals
* AI Account Enrichment: Deep account research to automate any manual human research
* Signal Tracking: Track 1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party signals based on a company’s stage
* Awareness Scoring: Prioritize accounts based on readiness and engagement levels
* Contact Sourcing: Identify decision makers, champions, and users to reach out.
* Lead Allocation: Build allocation systems to ensure optimal prospect distribution across sales teams
* Outbound Plays: Consult clients on which outbound plays we should run next. Creativity is key.
* Tool Selection: Consult clients on which sales tools they should get based on their challenges.
* Outbound at Scale: Design and execute personalized outbound campaigns using automation while maintaining authentic engagement
* AI Workflow Automation: Create Clay / n8n workflows to automate time-consuming tasks
* Reporting: Analyze results and iterate based on clients’ feedback and performance.
* Internal Library of Plays: Contribute to our internal SOPs and knowledge-sharing
* Project Management: Collaborate in Notion & Slack for project management and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous Experience:

* Sales / RevOps / Growth / Marketing experience in SaaS or agency environment
* CS / Engineering background that wants to break into mar-tech and sales-tech.

Personality Traits:

* Genuine curiosity about AI & testing new tools
* Passion about B2B SaaS companies
* "Everything is figureoutable" mindset
* Enthusiasm for working in a young, ambitious team environment

Bonus Qualifications:

* Track record of scaling growth operations
* Tools expertise: Clay, n8n, Apify, Instantly, Lovable, HubSpot
