What You\'ll Do
* Support customers via phone, email and chat
* Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Handle technical and service-related issues within SLA standards
* Maintain product and service knowledge
* Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment
What We\'re Looking For
* Fluent Danish and English communication skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
* Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
Job Details
* Location: Barcelona, Spain / On-Site
* Schedule: Monday–Friday
* Contract: Full-Time Permanent (39h/week)
* Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit
