This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation. /p pstrong Title: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems /strong /p pstrong Job Responsibilities: /strong /pulli Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. /lili Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /lili Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. /lili Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. /lili Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and RD, to align solutions with project goals. /lili Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. /lili Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization. /li /ul pstrong What You'll Need: /strong /pulli Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /lili Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. /lili Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. /lili Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /lili Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred. /lili Familiarity with system simulation and design tools. /lili Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders. /li /ul
