Exploring and helping expand to new potential business opportunities in existing and new territories in Europe to look for new business avenues.
Meeting customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies, meeting suppliers, subcontractors, consultants to enhance market presence.
Attending exhibitions, shows and seminars look out for information for new enquires.
Support tendering, engineering, estimation team, contractual and participate in the pre-bid, post bid and negotiation meetings.
Coordinating with internal teams for technical, tendering, commercial, contracts and other internal aspects required related to winning the project.
Gather market intelligence, customer networking, development of customer relationships, drive programs to generate opportunities & leads.
Customer, consultant main contractor engagement to present a winning proposal along with tendering team.
Engage with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
Ensure all the enquiries/Tenders are quoted properly & in time. Guide & check the solution.
Protection of the interest of the organization.
Follow up with the clients & consultants post tender to get details & work towards order booking.
Job related Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field of study is strong preferred (MBA is a plus)
Ability to work independently and Min 50% travel.
Ability to bridge technical know-how and customer relationships building across different levels.
Collaborative leadership and business acumen.
Ability to work in a cross functional and cross divisional team.
Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics based on customer and market environment.
High level of English & Spanish. Portuguese and or Italian language skills is a plus.
