Base pay range
We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with English.
Purpose of the role
We want experts to become ambassadors of our brands and provide 360o support in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce, as well as basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support in Dutch and English
* Assist customers in presales and aftersales scenarios
* Handle troubleshooting and backoffice tasks
Requirements
* C2 Level of Dutch
* Advanced level of English
* Strong listening and understanding skills
* Empathy and customer focus
* Problem-solving and technical learning abilities
* Integrity and trustworthiness
* Conflict management skills
Desirable experience
* Digital user/e-commerce experience
* Cross-selling and up-selling skills
* Social media usage
* Previous experience in store services attending consumers in relevant product categories
Benefits
