**Sales Manager**

Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team **base in** **Germany, Czechia, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Montenegro**.
**In this role you will**:
- Conduct market/government policy analysis.
- Partner with local staff to develop business and achieve sales targets: make strategies in accordance with different statuses of potential clients; build up and maintain a good relationship with key accounts; provide best-in-class sales service to clients, etc.
- Work with the Marketing team to support local marketing activities, such as product launches, exhibitions, and more.
- Prepare sales reports for sales forecasting.
- Other ad hoc projects
**We are looking for**:
- Bachelor or above holders
- Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience in the solar industry is a must.
- Energetic professional who may travel 50% or above per year.
- Good communicator with fluent English and local language.
