Their technology helps thousands of online stores around the world improve product discovery, increase conversions, and create seamless shopping experiences for their customers. brWith a strong presence in the global e Commerce ecosystem and a product used by businesses of all sizes, the company combines cutting-edge technology with a customer-centric approach to help brands grow their online sales more efficiently. brTo support their continued international growth, they are looking for Sales Executives to join their Madrid office. They are seeking a confident and driven Account Executive who will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with new potential clients. In this role, you will connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong motivation, and a structured approach to sales. brKey languages brNative or bilingual level in Polish brFull Professional Level in English and/ or Spanish Main responsibilities brIdentify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets brConduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points brDevelop and execute strategies to acquire new clients brCollaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities brDevelop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients brNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively brContinuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts brMeet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company Core skills/experience br1-2 years of experience in outbound B2 B sales, preferably working with SMB clients brProven track record managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing brAbility to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets) brStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach brExperience using CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar sales automation platforms brFamiliarity with inbound sales methodologies or content-driven sales strategies brNative level of Polish and fluency in English and/or Spanish Nice to Have brExperience within the Saa S industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions brHas worked in fast-growing tech startups or high-growth environments brStrong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators brFamiliarity with search technologies or digital retail solutions brExpertise in market research and competitor analysis What's on offer brPermanent contract brCompetitive salary brCareer plans and professional development brFull flexibility with a hybrid set up and real work-life balance (including Friday afternoons off) brThe most innovative and unique technology and tools br22 days of Annual Leave (plus 24-31 December as discretionary days) brFlexible Compensation System For Benefits brReferrals compensation brCommunities and online activities to stay connected with the team brInternational environment with over 33 different nationalities Our recruitment process? brStep 1: Interview with one of our Recruiters to get to know you better brStep 2: Interview with HR brStep 3: Interview and Roleplay with the Trainer brStep 4: Interview with the HR Director and Sales Director
