**About CNLabs**
CNLabs is a global testing and certification laboratory with facilities in the US, Australia, and India. We help technology companies bring compliant, market-ready products to market across three core domains:
- Network: interoperability, performance, and protocol testing
- Security: cybersecurity assessments and certification
- AI: conformance testing for AI systems and intelligent products
We partner with technology vendors and large enterprises navigating certification requirements and compliance at scale. As demand for independent testing grows across Europe, CNLabs is building the commercial and brand presence to match.
**The Mission**
We are a integral certification expert with deep technical and regulatory knowledge, an expanding European & US footprint, and a mandate to become the go-to gatekeeper for compliance in the Network, Security, and AI space.
Your job is to drive that shift. As our Marketing Executive, you will own the engine that makes CNLabs visible, credible, and magnetic to the right audiences: technology vendors, compliance teams, and enterprise buyers.
You will work directly with our leadership team to define the brand voice, build the content machine, run the event strategy, and ensure that every campaign drives measurable results. This is not a support role. You will be a builder.
**Brand & Strategy Ownership**
You will be the custodian and executor of the CNLabs brand across Europe, and later the globe. That means you will work within the following framework:
**Brand Identity**
- Define CNLabs brand values, narrative, and messaging framework for the European market
- Establish our positioning as thought leader and compliance gatekeeper
- Train the wider team (sales, product, leadership) in brand values, messaging, and storytelling
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels: LinkedIn, website, events, assets, and outbound
**Campaign Strategy**
- Identify and own campaign tracks with a clear narrative arc across the year
- Translate campaign strategy into execution: content, targeting, channel mix, and measurement
- Collaborate with the SDR on outbound messaging and A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Bring market and prospect insights back into the strategy cycle to sharpen positioning over time
**What You Will Do**
- Create and execute our social media presence on LinkedIn and drive thought leadership, product stories, compliance insights, social proof
- Follow up on post likes, comments, and profile visits to generate warm leads
- Create flagship content assets
- Serve as the interface with designers and agencies to produce on-brand materials
- Coordinate all marketing collateral
- Build an event plan to organise and participate in exhibitions
- Own and execute the marketing campaigns
- Explore and build partnerships with relevant tech communities, associations, and peer networks
- Monitor LinkedIn, G2, and website traffic to identify and act on inbound signals
- Follow up on engagement signals (site visits, content downloads, event attendees) to warm leads
- Engage in customer conversations to gather case studies, testimonials, and referrals
- Monitor all key analytics: website, LinkedIn, campaign performance, and conversion funnels
- Hit agreed KPIs and identify tactical initiatives to improve inbound lead flow
- Present monthly performance reviews with insights and recommended adjustments
- Monitor competitor positioning and surface relevant shifts to the commercial team
