At Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, we design spaces that tell stories. We are expanding our team in Barcelona and seeking passionate hospitality interior designers to craft unforgettable guest experiences worldwide.
We are looking for Intermediate and Senior Designers with a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and experience in luxury hotel and F&B projects. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy cross-disciplinary collaboration, we want to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and developing unique hospitality concepts
* Collaborating with in-house teams, clients, and consultants throughout all project phases
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and precision
Qualifications and skills required:
* At least 3 years of experience in high-end hospitality and F&B design
* Background in architecture or interior design (degree or equivalent experience)
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Deep understanding of hospitality design trends, materials, and guest experience principles
* Experience with five-star or boutique hotel design is highly valued
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp
* Strong spatial planning skills and ability to develop detailed drawings
* Technical and construction knowledge
* Attention to design detail and proactive problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
