Responsibilities Release of purchase orders for direct material (those used in Production)Monitoring of orders to ensure that there is no lack of supply on the Production linesProvide technical and daily activities and understand the demand to develop material management activities, such as logistics or warehousingNegotiation and monitoring with suppliers, mostly international, to adjust their production capacity to ours
What we are looking for University degree or equivalent, with relevant engineering and/or industrial experienceAt least 2 years relevant work experience in logistics / sourcing roles in an international and multi-site companyExperience in working with large suppliers with global multi-site footprint and managing supplier relations and negotiationsExperience in using ERP systemsExperience in complex steel assemblies / hydraulic systems / electrical & electronics preferredCommunication skillsFluency in English - both written and spokenExcellent knowledge in sourcing methods; supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, analytical skills and legal/contractual knowledgeContinuous improvement mindset with a business-driven and fact based approach towards suppliers with a focus on building long-term relationshipsDesirable: Business Intelligence skills (Power BI, SQL, Google Apps)
