Experteer Overview As Senior HR Manager, you partner with the leadership team to steer the people agenda across Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Corporate, with a primary focus on Tarragona and Europe. You drive organizational design, talent development, and compliance, aligning structure and culture with strategic priorities. You lead cross-border initiatives such as leadership development and succession planning, while ensuring employee engagement, HSE, and HR operations excellence.
