Main Mission
You'll work closely with the Head of Sales in order to:
Define and execute the indirect channel strategy
Create and manage a partner performance framework
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Consulting to align product evolution, commercial strategy, and partner activation.
Conditions
This role requires regular on-site presence in a city in Catalonia
Fixed Salary up to 50K + 50% variables
Autonomy and flexibility
Remote: 2 days per week
