Key Responsibilities
Partner with the business and support co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset. Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities. Key partner for commercial business-related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization, and creative strategies for revenue generation. Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions. Participate in FEP communities to learn, share, and implement best practices across markets. Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency. Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives. Monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes-based perspective. Propose and drive ideas for P&L; improvement. Play an active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions, and implementing sustainable pricing strategies. Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues, and opportunities to create value. Requirements
