As part of our team, the Hot Section Chef will be responsible for preparing dishes and preparations that form a fundamental part of our gastronomic menu. The ability to innovate within the section and a proactive attitude to maintain organization, hygiene, and efficiency in the work area will be valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Chef will be responsible for the preparation, service, and development of menu dishes, maintaining the quality of each product and dish.
- Organization of the section, including cleaning the area, preparation lists, and orders. Also organizing deliveries and passing.
- Ability to work across all sections.
- Contribute specials to the menu.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in the position (years).
- Own transportation.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in high-demand situations.
- Commitment to cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and teamwork.
