Mission :
We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and passionate HR Europe team, based at our headquarters in Barcelona .
This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping and driving engagement, talent management, and organizational development across the Functional Areas (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Strategy & HR) within GBfoods Europe. The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their teams, contributing to the evolution of our people strategy and supporting key transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Role & Responsibilities :
As a HR Business Partnerwithin the HR Europe team, based at ourBarcelona headquarters, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting theFunctional Areas of GBfoods Europe. Your key responsibilities will include :
Strategic HR Partnership : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders & their teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness.
Recruiting : Collaborate with business hiring managers to define talent needs and partner with our Talent Recruiter to drive the selection process.
Onboarding : Oversee the full onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring a smooth and engaging integration into the organization.
Talent Management & Development : Lead initiatives to identify, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring robust succession planning and career growth.
Employee Engagement : Design and implement engagement strategies that foster a high-performance culture, leveraging insights to drive meaningful action.
Organizational Development : Support transformation and change management processes, contributing to the evolution of organizational design and capabilities.
Performance & Capability Building : Guide managers in performance management and support leadership development across functions.
HR Analytics & Insights : Apply data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Budget Management : Oversee HR-related budgets for assigned Functional Areas, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with strategic priorities.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across Europe to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in HR delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, HR, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in multinational environments (FMCG industry preferred).
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
