We value diversity and are seeking a Plasma Strategy, Senior Manager to join our growing global team of over 20,000 employees.
Role and Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate strategic and operational projects within the plasma planning team.
* Support decision-making through data analysis and research.
* Collaborate with plasma teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies and action plans.
* Design and implement a planning framework, including timelines, deliverables, roles, and approval processes.
* Represent the Director of Plasma Planning Operations or the Division President in meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
* At least 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or project management.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with visualization tools like Power BI.
* Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and team coordination.
* Experience with strategy development, market analysis, and business analysis.
* Global or international experience.
* MBA preferred.
Additional Information
This role offers professional growth opportunities. Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00-10:00 to 16:00-19:00, and Friday 8:00-15:00. It is a permanent contract with flexibility for remote work two days a week.
