This is an exciting fullremote role for a candidate passionate about market research and building strong fruitful relationships with international clients.

Reporting to the Customer Success Director and the Market Research Director, you will be in charge of Market Research projects, managing the whole project cycle (from the initial proposal requests, research design, preparation and review of questionnaires, all the way to the delivery of the final results). In addition, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, promoting retention and loyalty and nurturing strong partnerships (in the Customer Success realm).
What You Will Be Doing:
● Support and back-up the Market Research Director
● Be responsible of 15 - 20 accounts in EMEA. Leadership skills as a project manager, with a strong analytical ability as well as account / customer success manager oversee continuous iterations/ feedback with your clients/ meetings, follow up of the subscriptions including creation of Research Plans, inspiring your clients by sharing use cases, proposals of projects.
● Be 100% autonomous in all cycle: define the project design based on clients’ briefing, preparing budgets and winning proposals, understand our clients’ objectives and translate them into short -but getting to the point- questionnaires, and analyzing results + creation of reporting using storytelling and providing with actionable insights.
● Continuous training to your clients on the platform (new features, how to optimize their projects with Zinklar, etc.)
● Work in teams with Customer Success Managers, creating customer journeys and helping accelerate burn ratios and renewals.
● Being expert on AI (applied to market research), multivariate analysis techniques and ability to run analysis such as driver analysis, segmentation, or mappings; knowledge of Conjoint Analysis or MaxDiff will be valued in the recruitment process.
What We Are Looking For:
● Previous experience of minimum 6 years as a Quantitative Research Manager in a large or medium-sized consultancy or Market Research company.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● Bias for action.
● Excellent communicator (orally and writing).
● Passion for technology and for being part of a SaaS company.
● Wide experience in ad-hoc projects: U&A, segmentation, claims/ideas/concept test, add test, brand health, etc.
● Excellent handling of Excel, PowerPoint. XLSTAT or SPSS will be valued.
● English: fluent English
