About the role:
At Redslim, were driven by innovation and impact. Were seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to help build automated, scalable, and high-performing cloud environments.
In this role, you will design and manage deployment automations, optimize Azure environments, and drive continuous improvement across our data and cloud ecosystems.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring platform availability, performance, and user experience
Optimizing resource usage for operational efficiency
Collaborating with enterprise IT teams to configure and maintain the platform
Driving operations excellence and CI across Azure tools and processes
Working with GCL to ensure team capacity and growth plans are secured
What you will bring:
Technical Skills
Advanced Azure expertise (3+ years) and deployment automations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Advanced Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
Scripting expertise with PowerShell, Bash or Python
Familiarity with data processing and data engineering concepts
Experience collaborating across enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure teams
Core Competencies

Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
Solid client management and project organisation abilities
