What you'll do as a People Business Partner:
* Be the strategic commercial people partner for the South Europe region leadership team, shaping and delivering a people plan that is aligned to our growth and performance goals.
* Actively work with business leaders to improve performance and team health. Step into conversations where people are central to success, and bring a clear, commercial lens to talent and performance issues.
* Build capability & pipeline — own the end-to-end talent agenda, succession, leadership & management development and learning solutions (incl. sales, engineering, operations).
* Design & lead change — organisational design, workforce planning, post-merger integration, and geographic expansion;
create clarity of structure, roles and decision rights.
* Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance to ensure seamless employee experience. Leverage data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact.
You are:
* A proven (Senior) HR/People Business Partner in a fast paced, scaling, multicounty environment (matrix / multiple legal entities).
* Commercially astute: you read a P&L and KPIs, link people levers to outcomes and prioritise initiatives that move the numbers;
you're execution drivenand deliver at pace.
* A trusted advisor and influencer: curious, proactive, comfortable challenging (including upwards), and skilled at building healthy stakeholder relationships.
* Strong in OD, change and workforce planning: from strategic design to sleeves-rolled-up delivery;
able to "chunk up and chunk down."
* Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: French;
Spanish or Italian;
willing to travel across the region.
