PRole Description /ppAs a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front line when it comes to identifying new customer potential. With smart and structured initial contacts, you ensure that prospects turn into high-quality leads that our sales team can successfully close. Then keep reading! /ppResponsibilities /pulliIdentify potential target accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). /liliResearch and contact relevant decision-makers (e.g. CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of IT, process owners) via email, phone, or LinkedIn. /liliDevelop and execute multi-step outbound sequences (email, calls, social touchpoints) and qualify leads according to defined criteria (e.g. BANT, MEDDPICC light). /liliSchedule meetings for our sales team (Sales Executive or VP Sales) and document all activities in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce). /liliWork closely with the marketing team, provide feedback on campaigns, and share valuable input for new content. /liliTake part in our regular standups, pipeline reviews, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound playbook. /li /ulpQualifications /pulliA completed degree or equivalent training in sales, marketing, or a related field, along with initial experience in sales, customer interaction, or a sales-related role, ideally in a B2B environment. /liliStrong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to clearly convey value. /liliA self-driven, structured working style with accurate CRM data maintenance. /liliGenuine interest in digitalization, IT processes, and new technologies. /liliFamiliarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce, or strong motivation to master them. /liliFluency in German; English skills are a plus. /li /ul
